How can I get a decent job?

I have completed my engineering and I am doing a job in IT company. I am not a CS student.

You just need to collect some knowledge of IT, programming in C, C+, Java, my SQL and PHP, HTML, XML and networking, e-commerce through some certification or Diploma. I hope you already knew the basic information about digital electronics because you have an engineering background.
