How can I get a fee concession in DTU and NSIT for 2018-18 admission? What should be my family income and whats is the process for the same?

I don't know about NSIT, but about DTU. DTU gives a lot of student fees concession, but that is based upon you family annual income. For the current year 2018-19 the Maximum annual income should not be more than 4.5lakh to apply for fees concession. You basically have to produce an income Tax Return receipt for that. Moreover, you can also get scholarship though government portal scholarship. Com and after filing online form you have to submit it offline to DTU then you get you money. -
