I belong to a middle class family and cannot afford high fee.

Getting a free seat for B.P.Ed programme at colleges in Telangana, Hyderabad or Warangal depends completely upon on your EAMCET rank. If your rank is below 10000, irrespective of your reservation you will get a free seat in the college allocated during counselling.
