How can I get a good government college for Automobile Engineering Diploma courses after 10th?

I have just passed my 10th board exam, but I got low marks in Maths and Science. I want to do engineering, so please suggest the best college.

Score well in your 10th exams, apply through your state's Polytechnic or Diploma entrance exam, and choose government colleges during counseling. Check eligibility, reservation benefits, and cut-offs to increase chances of getting Automobile Engineering.
