I am working in Walmart for 2 years as a floor associate. I have a graduate degree.

It depends on your interest which job you want to pursue. It's always good to do an MBA which would give you broader options in your career. And as you have 2 yrs of experience. It will be beneficial for your career growth. And once done with MBA in a reputed college you will understand the scenario
