How can I get a good job with high salary package in Australia? Which course should I pursue?

I have scored 59% in HSC (UP board). I am an English medium student.

Yes, you can pursue business studies. In Melbourne Inst. of Technology, you can choose from among three majors which are accounting, marketing and management.
