How can I get a good job without any work experience? What else can I do to enhance my future career?

I am 33 year old now. I did B.Com with computers through distance from EIILM University in 2012 along with a digital marketing course from Bangalore but couldn't get a job because of zero experience. I scored 69% in 10th & 68% in B.Com and haven't done 12th.
