How can I get a government college for paramedical courses with 66% in 12th?

My subjects in 12th are physics, chemistry, maths, biology and English.

    Admission In most of the Paramedical courses like B.Sc. MLT, B.Sc. In Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry, RIT etc. Are based on marks obtained in 12th. However some colleges may conducts their own entrance exam also.
