1. Get your educational qualifications done.
- Masters in civil engineering with at least 55% marks
- Or do B.E./B.Tech + valid GATE score (not below 75th percentile) then finish M.Tech within 5years
2. Clear the eligibility test.
- if you have an engineering M.Tech, you're NET exempt
- Otherwise, pass UGC-NET
