How can I get a job after completing BCA?

I am weak in English as I completed my SSC and HSC education in Bengali medium. I have good knowledge of programming languages but lack communication skills.

Most of the IT companies major business is from International customer. Therefore, most of the IT companies before putting candidate for technical round have English language proficiency test. Therefore, in order to get a job you have to overcome your weaknesses in English language. You may take ext
