How can I get a job, I have done B.Tech?

I scored 62 percent marks in B.Tech. I have good typing skills.

I am surprised to hear that after doing B.Tech ECE you are saying that you do not have any skills. Do not be under confident. Revise your ECE subjects and apply for jobs. Why do not you try for job in Defence Services & Paramilitary forces. You may apply for GATE after coaching to seek job in PSU.
