How can I get a job in banking, presently pursuing PGDBA from SCDL? I have appeared for the exam but could not get it through.

hi......m doing PGDBA from symbiosis center for distance learning in HR stream.i want to go in banking sector,bt i m not able to clear that bank xam.so pls tell me what should i do for that? my english is not as much.actully speed is not as much.

Hi Mithu, As there is no short cut handwork to clear such competitive Examinations you need work very hard and you need to have perseverance. Its good that you know your week areas so should give more time to improve on your week areas. For English I would suggest you to read as much as possible, r
