How can I get a job in railways? What should I do for it?

I think you should complete your Graduation then apply for Railway Exams.
But if you want to do it right now then apply for Railway RRB Group C & Group D Exams
You can prepare for Railway RRB Exams after completing their 12th class studies.
Because Railway is the biggest Recruiter in India.
So there are more chances of selection.
The work load is also low & Lifetime services are available.

you can be recruited only for c and d level of jobs in railways as per your eligibility. RRB (railway recruitment board ) publish job vacancy in employment news no. of times a year ,go for it -
first complete your graduation to get good position/post in railways then after Go for UPSC exams
