How can I get a job into IT sector without a coding profile?
I've an experience of 1-year in a finance company & now want to change it to IT sector?

There are a bunch of job profiles in IT sector without coding profile! You can go for Management sector in IT domain like project managers, Head of development and other management positions which requires leadership skills, communication skills and very less IT knowledge!
