How can I get a quick degree as my company requires me to do so for promotion?

I'm from Karnataka, 38 years old. I am a 12th dropout and want to get a legal/board approved degree at the earliest. Can I directly write some exams based on age alone? Or with minimum preparation period? I'm a quick learner. The reason why I'm hurrying is because of my employer's requirement.
