I am mainly looking for MS in automobile, mechatronics or aerospace.

Hi, Admissions are highly competitive in Germany. Very high academic grades (above 75%), excellent projects, publications, LOR, SOP, certifications, etc. are required. Most MS programmes are now taught in English so knowing German language is optional but recommended. You should check DAAD website
