Roommates are not friends not family but they're more than that and do create a different category in our heart. I can feel the excitement in people who are looking forward to starting their hostel life in Lovely Professional University. Many of you might be very curious about the look and interior of the hostel. I stayed in LPU during my Post graduation years and honestly those were the best days of my life. I made some amazing friends and had some amazing experiences. Roommates for freshers are allotted randomly based on first come first serve basis. But there are many students to take the rooms at same time. To reduce this LPU conducts two rounds to choose rooms. First round for all honours and CGPA above 8 students and second round for all other students. You can select room of your choice and take with your friends too. At the end of the first academic session, we are asked to participate in the hostel polling (for changing room) if anyone is interested. But at the same time many students occupy the room. To reduce this her LPU, she performs her 2 turns to select a room. The first round is open to all of her Honors students ages 8 and up and her
