Dear Anshuman, I also got a scholarship at LPU around 50% during my study. You can avail of 100% scholarship on the basis of Performance in Sports. Qualifying exam National Level Test LPUNEST exam Sports Cultural R &amp; D Co-curricular Social Service Bravery Awards Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board Scholarship for Orphan Applicants/Single girl child Scholarship for Person with Certain Disability Students who have topped their board examination of eligibility qualification (10th or 10+2 as applicable) and are among the top 20 merit holders, may avail scholarships of full tuition fee waiver and hostel fee waiver which is applicable to four-seater air-cooled rooms. To facilitate quality education to deserving applicants, LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to orphan students who are residents of India and whose both parents are dead. A maximum of 10 applicants will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of a first come first serve basis subject to satisfying the LPU policy for the same. For example, on the basis of performance in 10+2 for Undergraduate Programmes and Graduation for Postgraduate Programmes LPUNEST: (LPU National Entrance &amp; Scholarship Test) Certain National Level Tests (like JEE Main NEET UCEED CAT MAT GATE GPAT etc. ) Performance in Sports, Cultural, R&amp;D, Co-curricular, Social Service and Bravery Awards Scholarships/ Fee Benefits for Ph.D. Scholarship Scheme for Toppers of School Education Boards 2. Financial Aid Financial Aid Need Based Financial Aid for Serving/ Retired Defence/ CAPF/ Para- Military Personnel and their Dependents Financial Aid to Orphans Financial Aid to Persons with Certain Disability The scholarships are awarded at the time of admission. Admissions in LPU are done in different Phases, which are bifurcations of the Admission time period. The amount of Scholarship also depends on the Phase in which the candidate takes admission in the University. (Phase I) starts as early as January 2021 and continues till the end of April 2021. As an alumni of LPU, i would like to answer this question. Lovely Professional University strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate the talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. Scholarship/ Financial Aid can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. In the last seven years, University has offered Scholarships/ Financial Aid worth 500+ Crores. The fee structure depends on many factors like the programme you want to join, the caliber of the student, the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination and in the entrance tests if applicable. So, applicable fees for the programme depend on the Scholarships if any is applicable. Scholarship will generally be awarded on the basis of previous performance in academics, cultural, sports or other activities or under specific scholarship schemes category for a particular section of students.
