How can I get a scholarship to study Masters in fine art in America or a European country?
I'm a graduate in sculpture BFA from BHU, Varanasi.

Hi,
Scholarships are provided by universities or external sponsors, most information are obtainable from university websites. They are given on merit. Some scholarships may ask you to submit essays etc. While for some you will considered for it at the time of application by default. You can go about checking university websites for specific instructions and information.
