How can I get a seat in Hyderabad engineering colleges without appearing for TCET? I have got 70772 rank in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.

Hello Gowthami,
Without writing any test, it's simply not possible to get admission. The only possible option that seems feasible to me is for you to approach private Engineering college for admission in management quota.
