How can I get a textbook (Tamil language) for cost accounting?

Hey,
I am not sure about the availability of books for cost accounting in Tamil Language. But, you can search on the net and may find some e-books or PDF in Tamil Language of the required book.

English is a common language all over India.
I think for Tamil, cost accounting textbook is not available but you can check online websites for the same.
