    IELTS every year award 8 scholarship of Rs.3,00,000 to the students, who wish to study in UK and have scored 6-7 bands.
    The date for filling the application for 2016-17 have not been out yet.

    1. Next Genius Scholarship Program.
    2. Tata Cornell Scholarship, etc.

    TOEFL scholarship program in India:
    The TOEFL scholarship program in India is open to any student residing in India, who starts an undergraduate or graduate degree program between June 2016 and May 2017 at a college or university listed in the TOEFL destination search.
    Awards: Fifteen scholarships valued at US$7,000 each.
    India scholarship funds will be disbursed to the winners universities in September 2016. Funds can be applied to academic expenses only and will be disbursed after the student has arrived on campus.

Hi.

You can take the TOEFL exam an unlimited number of times. The only official restriction is that you must wait at least 3 days after a test attempt before you can take it again.
