    You can not get admission to a Master's in Electronics and Communication Engineering with your Higher National Diploma (HND). The reason is that HND is equivalent to the first two years of a Bachelor's degree. It is not a complete degree. The Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a postgraduate level course. To get admission to this course, you will need to have a four-year Bachelor's degree in either B.E. Or B.Tech from a recognised university. However, you may get lateral entry to a B.Tech or BE course in the second year.
