For admissions to IIM, you have to give the CAT exam. It is conducted in November every year. Post this, based on your percentile, you will be shortlisted for the further process which may include written test and personal interview. Along with this your profile, X, XII and graduation is taken into account. The final merit list is declared based on all these scores.
