How can I get admission in 5th semester in B.Sc? My college is autonomous and affiliated by Lucknow University.

I got a backlog in 2nd semester in botany practical exam (due to eye infection, I couldn't appear in exam) & now college authorities are not allowing admission in 5th semester in B.Sc.

You could request the authorities in your college to let you appear for your exam. As there was a medical issue involved, they could consider the circumstances and let you appear for the exam, so that you can be allowed admission into the 5th semester.
