How can I get admission in a college for Ph.D?

I am a final semester student of M.Tech and completed my BE in E&C in 2015.

Hello Pavan, It's very nice to see that someone is thinking of PhD. After you finish your M.Tech, you must begin your search for guides who are willing to be your guide. Then at some universities you have to clear test for PhD. Once you are registered then the process has begun.
