How can I get admission in a college for pursuing Ph.D in civil structures?
Can I know about the colleges in India offering integrated Ph.D.

Need to complete your M.Tech in Structures. It will be preferable if you join as faculty first in some of engineering colleges or design and construction company. Then decide about your PhD.

Sir, I have completed my M.Tech (structures) in 2010 and have 3-years of corporate experience and 5-years of teaching experience in Indian and Ethiopian universities. I have written research proposal on soil structure interaction stream but I have no idea how to approach to get Ph.D admission in IIT
