How can I get admission in a college to pursue CSE after completing class 12th in arts from NIOS? Which is the best college for the same?
Can I get a scholarship too? I scored 90 percent marks in HSC.

You are not eligible for BT.ech/ B.Sc CSE or IT because of your non-Science background. Only option left with you is BCA. If you did not have maths in class XII board, you are not eligible for most of the BCA colleges. You can still do BCA from IGNOU where you will have to take additional maths pape
