How can I get admission in a college to pursue fine arts after completing class 10th?
I scored 60 percent marks in class 10th. I don't want to opt for intermediate education. I failed in one of the subjects in class 11th.

You can not join college without completing 12th. So, I would suggest you to clear 12th and then try to get admission in any of the colleges.
