How can I get admission in a college to pursue Ph.D in CSE? Is it a good decision to pursue Ph.D in CSE?

If you are planning to have career in academics, research and development, independent consulting then PhD is a mandatory qualification. However, if are planning to have career in IT industry then M.Tech in CSE is a sufficient qualification to seek job and have career growth.
