How can I get admission in a good college like BIT-Mesra, ISM-Dhanbad, NIT-Durgapur and IEM-Kolkata with 30.24 percentile in CAT?

30.42 [percentile won't fetch you any college.

With 30.24 percentile, you can not get admission in these colleges and you can only get admission in a private college through the management quota as they don't consider CAT percentile if you want to take admission through management quota.
