You have to give JEE Mains and Advanced to get into IIITs, NITs, GFITs and other state level conducted entrance exams. If you want to get into a private college, you can appear for KITEE, SRMJEE, VITEEE, SUAT and BVPTCET.

JEE is the exam. Don't worry even if you don't get in any reputed college. You can enroll anywhere and polish any technology. It is all about your expertise that counts.
