How can I get admission in a top college for BA Honors in economics with a low percentage of marks?

NO.you have to have atleast more than 85% to get admission in the colleges of delhi university.

sorry but.. I have only 70% in 12th... but it's not compulsory to admission in DU ... ignou or Jnu any one or any college of Pune university or any college of Ahmadabad ..... Pune , Ahmadabad me SE koi bhi clg m hoga to chlega but I dnt undrstnd ki kese admission lu... ;-(
