How can I get admission in AIMA to pursue MBA or PGDM? Is it a good choice to pursue MBA or PGDM from AIMA?

I would suggest you to pursue MBA full time. MBA is for those who seek a university programme to get a holistic view of the programme. As far as the industry is concerned they recognise talent from the institutes of repute rather than bothering whether it's an MBA or PGDM.
