How can I get admission in an Australian University to pursue B.Tech in ME? What is the required IELTS score for the same?

Your IELTS score is fine but mostly appropriate for Bachelor degree programs. For PG programs an overall score of 6.5 with no part less than 6 is required. This requirement vary with universities so you must check the university websites. Check with the universities if they can offer waivers or can consider this score.
