How can I get admission in another university to pursue the 2nd year of B.Tech?

I am pursuing B.Tech in CSE from SRM University, Sonipat. I want to change my university.

You can change your engineering college after first year. You can easily change college which is under the same university as your present college. You can take migration certificate from your existing college and move to other college if they have vacancy and they are ready to take you based on you
