How can I get admission in aviation in Philippines to become a commercial pilot?

Hello Sang Singh Bhati,
To get admission in Philippines for CPL is very easy. You only have to get in touch with the flying club from where you want to do your training, rest of the work will be done by them.
But, if you really want to be a pilot, I would suggest you to do your training from India
