Hello,
To pursue nautical science, you need to score at least 60% in your class 10th and 12th in the first attempt. As you have scored 59%, therefore you are not eligible for nautical science. You can choose any other branch as per your interest.

You need to choose some other course as for nautical science, you need 60 percent throughout as well as in PCM.
