Hello Avijit,
It's very nice to know your dream of doing degree course after completion of Diploma. It's actually very simple. In your diploma course, you have to score good marks by studying hard since these marks will decide your eligibility as well as college in which you can get admission.

Oh, this is the most difficult Q to answer! Ok. Fact is different states follow different methods. Best would be to check website of directorate of tech education of your state.
