The 10+2 qualifications should have been completed with PCM as the courses, and a candidate must have scored more than 45% aggregate overall, and for students from the reserved category, it should be a minimum of 40% aggregate. The admissions are majorly on the basis of rank that a candidate gets in TS EAMCET. Students with relevant Diploma in engineering are also eligible to apply for admission. Counseling is done according to entrance test scores to ensure that the students are properly selected.

Admission is done on the basis of rank secured in the Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of Telangana State. Admission is also done through the JEE Main score.
