How can I get admission in BE\B.Tech?

I am not able to score well in my JEE Mains exam 2017 and even will not be able to clear it. Which college can I get for civil engineering? Kindly suggest a college having fee less than 10 Lacs for 4 years. I am from Jaipur and belong to ST category.

You need not to worry if you didn't perform well in JEE Mains. As per your criteria you may choose colleges through WBJEE like Heritage, IEM and Haldia and through MHCET like MIT-Pune, DY Patil and Singhad and through CUSAT like SOE. These colleges are quite cheap with respect to VIT and SRM.
