How can I get admission in Caltech to pursue Masters in CSE?

I have scored 63% in Bachelors in engineering, Mumbai University. My GRE score is as follows quants: 165 and verbal: 162. I have 6 months of experience (internship) and I was the Sports Secretary of my college in the 3rd year.

Hi Vinay, I am not sure about the program, are you referring to computer science or computational and mathematical sciences? They don't have a specific CSE program. Please refer to their graduate program catalog, see the exact program you want to study and program specific admission requirements.
