How can I get admission in D Y Patil School of Architecture for B.Arch with 48% in HSC with science?

I admit that marks never justify your talent. But, it definitely shows your interest in science. PCM in 10+2 level is not too easy. Even many bright (with higher percentages) feel these subjects are tough to understand. I personally suggest you to go for commerce.
