  • You'll need to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Science, Commerce, or Arts stream or a three-year Diploma recognised by AICTE.

Admission to BDes at DTU is based on a valid score in the UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) exam.

    Selection Process:

    1. Register and take the UCEED exam, typically held in the month of March.
    2. After the UCEED results are declared, DTU releases its application form for BDes admissions. Fill it out.
    3. Merit List is based on the UCEED score. Candidates are ranked according to their UCEED performance.
    4. Counselling: Based on your rank and seat availability, you'll be called for counsel

DTU BDes admission process is entrance based with the university accepting valid UCEED scores. Additionally, candidates must ensure that they are eligible i.e. Class 12 with Science/ Commerce/ Arts or a three-year Diploma recognised by AICTE, before applying for the same.

Yes, you qualify for DTU if you received a 60% in your 12th grade.

However, admission is primarily determined by your JEE Main rank rather than your grades.

You have to attend JAC Delhi counseling after JEE.

Therefore, you can get DTU CSE/IT if your JEE score is high.

If your rank is low, you might have to look at other colleges or get a different branch.
