This the best time to start preparing for CAT 15. Since you are in your 2nd year ( or 4th semester ), you can start preparing for CAT either by taking a coaching or by self-study. FMS Delhi accepts CAT percentile/score only for consideration of your candidature for the further rounds of evaluation.
