You'll have to apply to FMS sometime in October-November every year. Also, you'll have to register and appear for CAT to score higher than cut-off scores to secure an interview opportunity. CAT Score+ interview+ extempore will help you secure admission into FMS. Go through the official institute

How about international students? Which exam is conducted for them? Actually, I am from Nepal and want to continue my Masters. I mean MBA from FMS, how can I apply?

FMS DU admission in MBA is based on CAT score. You are advised to appear for CAT and score very high to fulfill your dream.
