How can I get admission in foreign universities like Oxford for engineering?

Hi Mohd,
You have to very very good in your academics to get into a university like Oxford. More than 75% is expected. You must also take the IELTS. Check Oxford website for IELTS requirement. The applications to UK universities are submitted through UCAS website. You will find everything here including deadlines -
