Excellent academic grades (80% and above), strong SOP, outstanding recommendation letters from your teachers, challenging research and project work, patent work etc are some of the requirements on your profile. Now, you haven't said what you want to study or what your education background is. So you have to check the university website for details. Also, learn German language.
