Hi, You need 50% in graduation along with 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience. An entrance OPENMAT is conducted by the university. For further details, check ignou.ac.in.

Yes, the experience for few cases like CA, CS and engineers might be exempted so check with the university. The entrance exam is must for all.
