You can get admission in IIIT (excluding IIIT-H and B) on the basis of JEE Mains rank. Participate in JEE counselling and select the appropriate option.

The only way is through JEE main scores.
After getting the qualified marks, you have to apply for counselling in www.josaa.nic.in
